I’m Devin, founder and pilot behind Overwatch Droneworks — an Arizona-based aerial services company built for people who need accurate visuals, clean execution, and creative solutions.

I’m an FAA Part 107–certified commercial drone pilot operating under Federal Aviation Administration regulations — but that’s just the baseline. What really sets my work apart is context.

Before training with Pilot Institute for drone work, I spent over a decade in the construction and property loss world — project management, site inspections, and independent consulting in both residential and commercial industries.

In that environment, bad photos cost time, money, and credibility. Good ones? They solve problems fast.

That experience influences how I operate multiple businesses today.

Whether I’m capturing an event, documenting a job site, or showcasing a property, I don’t just chase pretty angles—I focus on useful perspective. The kind of footage that attracts the eye and solves problems.

What to Expect

  • Take a look at the services we offer and pick the ones you need, then reach out via our contact form to book.

    If you have questions or don’t know which service is best for you, don’t worry! Just say you need help and we’ll be in touch right away to make sure you’re set up with what’s best for you.

  • To book a service, simply fill out our contact form and tell us what you need.

    Let us know what date(s) you need us to fly, and we’ll let you know if we have availability.

    You can expect quick responses via email, or feel free to give us a call and we’ll handle everything then.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After you’ve reached out, selected a service and proposed date, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

    Once you’re satisfied with the service and quote, we’ll take your payment and get you on the books.

    We accept cash, credit cards, PayPal and Venmo. We also offer a 10% cash discount if paid on site. Otherwise, payment must be made in advance to reserve your date.

  • Our pilot will show up on site at the scheduled time and meet with you to go over the specifics of your project.

    The pilot will prep the drone, double check airspace authorization and weather reports, and mark out a safe area for take off and landing.

    Depending on the scope of your job, we’ll fly the mission over the course of the visit and capture all the footage you need. We might take off and land multiple times to swap batteries, move to different areas or discuss any concerns.

    Once the flight is complete, we’ll debrief you. This is when we let you know how it went, decide whether your goals were met and pack it up for the day.

  • Depending on the service you selected, we’ll follow up via email with a quick after action report summarizing the visit and the flight.

    We’ll start working on your content, editing photos and videos, writing reports, and making everything presentable.

  • Once we’ve finished post-processing your footage, we’ll email you a link to download the files directly to your computer.
